We stayed here for our first anniversary and booked in for a package deal with cream tea and dinner. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, spa bath and shower. Breakfast is cooked to order using fresh local produce. The cream tea is generous compared to what we had before in Chatsworth House. Two freshly baked scones per person and 3 slices of patisserie after your selection of sandwiches is a challenge to finish :-) Dinner is what you expect from fine dining with again local produce.

The rooms are exquisite, the public areas are charming, the staff are attentive, friendly and competent, the food is excellent and the afternoon tea was very memorable, a must! Highly recommended and very good value.
