My partner booked this hotel as a suprise for my birthday and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Our only regret was that we didnt stay longer but we will definately return. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. All rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast is self serve but the choice is lush. Went for a night to get away with my girlfriend. Well as soon as we landed it was so relaxing, it was so relaxing we did not venture out of the room. They we so pleasant and very helpfull, they even gave glasses and an ice bucket so I could drink my own champagne that I had brought with me. Thank you and cant wait to back.Gino,
This was our 3rd visit to Moss Grove. We love Grasmere, and over the years have stayed in other hotels in the village, however, none of them have been as comfortable, or have had the same standards as Moss Grove. We always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful with walking information, etc. We love the organic breakfast also, which has amazing choices. We're looking forward to staying at Moss Grove again in the summer.Tara,
